By commissioning me, you state that you have read and agreed to these terms.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made if it violates my terms of service.My art cannot be used as data for AI Art Generators and or sold as NFTs. You may edit my artwork as long as there is direct credit to me.

SECTION 1 - COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY:1. I, the artist, retain full copyright over any commissions I make. The client may not claim any artwork as their own and use it for anything other than non-commercial purposes.2. All commissioned artwork through ARTISTREE/BMAC is exclusively for non-commercial purposes. Any redistribution of commissioned artwork through ARTISTREE/BMAC for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited. Please message me directly if you want my artwork for commercial purposes.3. The client may upload, repost, and use the commissioned work as a reference as long it is credited to me! (A link to my social media or ARTISTREE/BMAC profile)

SECTION 2 - CAN/CAN NOT DRAW:Below is the list of things I can/can not draw. If the client requests otherwise, I have the full right to cancel and refund the commission.CAN DRAW:- NSFW and SFW
- Feral, Anthro, and Humanoid Characters
- My Little Pony Characters and OCs
- Fantasy Races and Characters
- Armor, Weapons, and Intricate Clothing and Designs
- Futuristic Technology/Tech/Mecha
- Animals
- Characters from TV Shows, Movies, Video Games etc.CAN NOT DRAW:- Anything that is overtly racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise hateful.
- Hard Gore and Gore include/depict animals and children.- Anything depicting scat, gore, vore, incest, inflation, loli, and shota-con.
- Anything depicting underage characters in sexual situations or activities
- Anything depicting non-consensual sexual activities or behavior.If you would like me to draw something not listed here, feel free to message me directly BEFORE commissioning me.If you commission me for any NSFW artwork, I assume you are over 18 years old. I do not accept NSFW work from clients under 18. If this is violated, I can cancel the commission and prohibit the client from purchasing any future NSFW commissions from me.

SECTION 3 - REFERENCES/REVISIONS:When purchasing a commission from me, please be as specific as possible when detailing what you want to receive. If available, I ask anyone who commissions me to send me a reference sheet (full-body turnaround colored) for their character. If not, at least some visual references and a specific description. I will draw the character as faithfully as described.A design fee of +$20 will be charged for clients with no reference images who would like me to draw solely from a description and a collection of photos.If you want to revise any part of your commission, you can have two free revisions during the sketch stage. Once I have proceeded to the next stage, all revisions will cost an extra +$5. Any revisions due to my negligence are free.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT:1. 50% of the total payment must be paid before I start working on any given commission. Once the commission has been completed, the client must send the remaining 50% of the total payment before I send the final drawing and original artwork files.(Before the client sends the remaining 50% of the total payment, the final rendered artwork will be covered with watermarks to prevent theft.)2. If I have not completed a commission within the suggested timeframe without any updates or prior heads-up, the client is eligible to have a 100% refund for the commission.
